John D. Kuhnlein, DO, MPH, CIME, FACPM, FACOEM
Executive Director

Dr. John Kuhnlein is board certified and residency trained in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He specializes in acute injury care, performing Independent Medical Evaluations and Impairment ratings in simple to complex workers’ compensation and disability cases. Dr. Kuhnlein has earned a reputation for his thorough examinations and objective opinion, and complete reports. In addition, Dr. Kuhnlein has extensive experience consulting with industry on occupational health issues. He has consulting experience on a national level, working with companies as diverse as Tyson Foods and SeaWorld.

Besides clinical issues, Dr. Kuhnlein’s special interests include multicultural workplace issues in healthcare; Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) implementation in the workplace to prevent sudden cardiac death; workplace violence and preventative health issues in drivers.

David W. Paul, MD, MPH, FACOEM, FACPM, CIME

Dr. David Paul is board certified and residency trained in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. Dr. Paul specializes in injury care, Independent Medical Examinations and Impairment Ratings. Dr. Paul also has additional training and Board Certification in Medical Toxicology by the American Board of Prevention Medicine. In addition, Dr. Paul has an extensive background consulting with unions, insurance companies and businesses on a national level. Dr. Paul has a strong academic background, having served as the Residency and Division Director for Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Oklahoma.

Aside from clinical issues, Dr. Paul’s special interests include Environmental and Clinical Toxicology as well as Indoor Air Quality health issues.
